The line wire and cross wire both pre-straighten and pre-cut by wire straightening cutting machine. The line wire is put into hopper device. The hopper device drop the line wires into dies automatically. The line wire push car push the line wires to the welding machine. The wire mesh welding machine start to work. The cross wire is feed automatically by stepping motor. Wire mesh welding machine adopts CNC synchronous control technology, welding time and divided control welding time are composed of PLC digital programming system, input panel for touch screen or keyboard two kinds, operation is more intelligent, reasonable.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:
1. Each set of transformers are controlled by a separate microcomputer, pressure multiple welding, the biggest advantage of the control is: can appear on the same mesh between latitude and latitude more than 30 different size of holes.
