1. The control cabinet adopt touch screen and keyboard, you can change welding time and cross wire hole mesh size through touch screen. And has language in English.
2. The cross wires are fed from the hopper device automatically and is controlled by step motor.The stepper motor drives the disk-type device to drop wires automatically. The store device has more capacity can load max 1.5tons rebar.
3. Adjustable distance of longitudinal wire that allows different opening size between the longitudinal wire, when input the distance of cross wire to computer, any mesh opening can be reach. Welding mesh hole size can adjust randomly within range.
4. Mesh pulling system is controlled by Panasonic servo-motor that adopts elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves precision of mesh opening size.
5. The reinforcing mesh welding production line equips with 12 pieces of typical and efficient water-cooling welding transformers, 150KVA*12PCS (24 pcs of water cooling electrodes) ——every two welding electrodes need a water cooling welding transformer.
6. Low-voltage electrical appliances are made of Schneider, well-known brands to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
7. The cross wire space adjustment adopts PLC micro-computer control, set on the touch screen.Very easy and convenient to operate.
8. The mesh pulling system is automatically calculated in cycle.No need manual setting. The mesh pulling car can be back to origin automatically after finishing the pulling mesh.
9. Wire feeding way:The longitudinal wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut. The longitudinal wires should be inserted into the slot tunnel by manual work or inserted into the wire feeding car first, then send by Panasonic servo motor.
