The reinforcing mesh welding machine takes the inverter motor as the main power, the cylinder is pressurized, and the inverter runs at zero speed when the upper and lower motor is pressed and welded, and maintains a constant torque of 150% to ensure the pressure on the steel bar during welding. The drawing and feeding parts use servo motor and precision reducer to move back and forth on the linear guide rail and rack track. PLC centralized control touch screen for man-machine communication interface, convenient for users to adjust various data. The welding machine is economical and practical, and the maintenance cost is low in the later period, which is well received by the majority of customers.

1. The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology, Mitsubishi or Panasonic PLC program and HMI. The reinforcing mesh welding machine operation is more intelligent and reasonable.

2. The control cabinet adopt touch screen and keyboard, you can change welding time and cross wire hole mesh size through touch screen. And has language in English.
3. The cross wires are fed from the hopper device automatically and is controlled by step motor.The stepper motor drives the disk-type device to drop wires automatically. The store device has more capacity can load max 1.5tons rebar.
4. Adjustable distance of longitudinal wire that allows different opening size between the line wire, when input the distance of cross wire to computer, any mesh opening can be reach. Welding mesh hole size can adjust randomly within range.
