Steel Grid Welding Machine Introduction:
1. The steel grid welding machine control system adopts synchronous CNC technology, Mitsubishi PLC program and HMI. It is easy and convenient to operate with the touching screen.
2. The cross wire system controlled by stepping motor instead of putting wefts wires by manual work, increasing productivity.
3. Adjustable distance of line wire that allows different mesh size between the linewire, when input the distance of cross wire to touch screen, any mesh size can be made. Such as: 50*200mm.100*200mm.
4. Pulling mesh system is controlled by servo motor.
5. Welding transformer:160KVA*6PCS (48welding electrodes) ——every 8 welding electrodes need one welding transformer.
6. Wire feeding way: The line wires pre-straighten pre-cut. Automatic feeding. and cross wires pre-straightened and pre-cut, automatic feeding.
7. The bending machine will bend the mesh panel automatically when the mesh panel is under the bending machine. The mesh bending machine can bend the mesh panel in the beginning, in the middle and at the end. The bending machine is controlled by the control cabinet. Finally. The mesh pulling car will pull out the fence mesh panel automatically.And drop on the collect mesh car automatically.
8. The power transformer must be at least 80KVA to supply machine running and the distance between the power transformer and the machine within 100 m. 9.Material:Suitable for low carbon wire, black annealed wire ,galvanized wire.
