Automatic longitudinal wire feeding unit

1.Longitudinal wire storage device, 1T wires capacity.
2.Servo motor connect line wire feeder by synchronous belt, guarantee feeding accurately.
3.21 seconds can feed 61 line wires.
4.Servo motor controls line wire pushing.

Automatic cross wire feeding unit

1.Cross wire storage device, 1T wires capacity.
2.Step motor controls cross wire falling.
3.Specially designed cross wire feeder, guarantee cross wire straight when cross wire falling.

Main mesh welding machine

1.AirTAC (Taiwan China) brand air cylinder control welding.
2.Upper electrode base and lower electrode base are integrally cast in copper, water cooling type.
3.Welding electrode: 30*30*30mm, 6 sides use.
4.Cast type water cooling welding transformers.

Mesh pulling car

1.No.1 mesh pulling car control mesh pulling.
2.No.2 mesh pulling car control mesh feeding to automatic bending machine.
3.Servo motor connect mesh pulling car by synchronous belt, guarantee pulling accurately.

Bending machine

1.Servo motor control mesh bending, the speed is much faster than hydraulic bending.
2.Inverter control.
3.Bending speed: 4 seconds per time.
4.Bending mould is W14Cr4VMnRE material.

Mesh stacking unit

1.After finish welding, mesh stacking unit will catch and lift the mesh and stack on cart automatically.
2.Servo motor control the mesh lifting.
3.Servo motor control the mesh moving out.
